This page is dedicated to one of my favourite french specialities…the croissant (and all its variations). Why that? Well, first of all I really love that stuff, it’s just so tasty, no matter if you eat it “pure” or with butter or dipped in coffee etc. Another reason though is a slogan that I found on a paper bag wrapped around a croissant a couple of months ago (“a croissant is so much more than the sum of its crumbs“).
I found that slogan pretty funny and a rather creative invention by the ad guys as well. Not only does it describe the nature of my beloved croissant so excellently, but it can also be adapted to so many other aspects of our lives…well done, lads!
